Working Conditions And Physical Requirements

Travels to property site, surveys neighborhoods, takes pictures, and uploads into Division software.

Updates photographs of the property.

Establishes and maintains accurate agency filing systems, records keeping, and updates the system.

Provides detailed information to the public regarding Division procedures.

Supports office functions effectively utilizing computers and software.

Assisting manager in applying market research to help guide the benchmark underwriting and budget assumptions for assigned properties in the region.

Assist with underwriting multifamily real estate developments.

Perform financial projections and other analyses used in evaluating potential real estate opportunities and investments.

Collect, analyze and catalog project due diligence materials.

Assist in developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients.

Travel periodically to analyze markets, evaluate properties, and monitor progress of closed transactions.

• Project management experience, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather requirements, identify trends, and generate actionable reports.

• Assist with project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and meeting specific requirements.

• Maintain and enhance fund modeling in Anaplan, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Develop and enhance PowerBI deal modeling for the Private Equity Real Estate team.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree is a plus.

Understand capabilities and limitations of systems and database concepts

Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques

Strong knowledge of databases (MS SQ L , BigQuery , etc )

Become familiar with core business, operations and services provided by CBRE/Buildingi

Interpret data, workflow, user , or stakeholders’ inputs, documents, and analyze results

Identify , analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (e.g., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); advanced MS Excel experience

Ability to coordinate and manage large cross functional projects with all levels of management

Negotiates and manages contracts, leases, subleases, use and operating agreements with airports and other commercial and retail property landlords

Coordinates space requirements between user departments and landlords in accordance with corporate standards

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

Knowledge of the administration and negotiation of lease agreements, and specifically Airport-Airline Use and Lease Agreements

Problem solving and priority management skills

Experience in project management with design concepts, implementation, and maintenance of moderately complex databases and software

Experience with process improvement and/or change management

Working knowledge of database management

Reports inconsistencies to the attention of management and suggest problem resolutions and business process improvements

High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of related experience

Prepare dynamic messages for different audiences including corporate management, high-level executives, and the Board of Directors

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning, strategic planning, investment banking and/or corporate finance is preferred

Support/engage segment finance teams, in addition to corporate functions such as Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations, and Treasury:

Must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen

Strong relationship building skills and a highly professional “client service orientation”

Must be an excellent team player who possesses solid interpersonal and organizational skills

Prepare dynamic messages for different audiences including corporate management and other high-level executives

Experience as a reciprocal teammate who possesses social and organizational abilities

Support/engage segment finance teams, in addition to corporate functions such as Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations, and Treasury:

2+ years of prior work experience

Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills in both oral and written settings

Minimum 7 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate, Facilities Management or related field required.

Prepares suitable presentation materials and presents alternatives to appropriate senior management.

Manages third-party facility and project management staff involved with the facilities operations, design, construction, and move activities, as assigned.

Supports the Operational Response Team as necessary during crisis management events.

Determines office space requirements based on staffing projections and business plans.

Manages the leasing schedule and budget process to provide optimal cost savings for the organization.

Three to five (3-5) years of experience related to all aspects of Design, Construction, and Project Management

General project management concepts and methodologies

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field

Plan, coordinate and manage project deliverables

Responsible for preparing hand-off packages to Construction Project Managers for project execution following the design group guidelines

Adheres to Raymond James critical processes, documentation, and reporting requirements

BS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, GIS or related technical discipline. MBA a plus.

Develop complex Python and/or Java scripts to increase production and efficiency through automation of repetitive geospatial/sales forecasting reporting and processes.

None beyond standard office environment; Occasional travel to new and existing BURL markets may be required.

Provide T&E support to Real Estate Senior Directors and handle sophisticated travel itineraries

Responsible for creative project summaries through compelling and analytical presentations

Managing existing store network data base for LV Americas

Coordinate real estate documentation, filing, and transactions for LVA Retail network

Communicate cross-functionally and partner with corporate and retail partners on real estate projects (minor works, potential new store openings)

Serving as a liaison between external partners and LVA Real Estate/Store Planning

Sound knowledge of and experience with reporting/dashboarding packages, ie: PowerBI, Tableau, Datastudio, SSRS, Plx, etc.
