Estate Manager Jobs

Position Summary
Our client, a successful executive, is looking to hire a seasoned Estate Manager who will join a small established team and assume responsibility for a 5-acre property in Malibu near Point Dume.
Responsibilities
This individual will have a hospitality focus and be responsible for managing projects and ensuring that all household and service standards are met to the principals’ satisfaction.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years’ experience as an Estate Manager, a team mentality and be willing to take on any task that is required. Must be very familiar with the Malibu area, including restaurants, activities, etc. The principal hopes to hire someone who is very tech-savvy and a true self-starter who has a proven track record of sourcing and managing vendors.
Schedule
Typical hours will be Monday through Friday with flexibility needed for weekends based on the client’s presence on property.
Compensation
Competitive compensation up to $200K is offered depending on experience, plus benefits.
