We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Real Estate Manager to join our dynamic team. What You'll Be Doing
Unlocking opportunities for expanding client business, fostering growth and success.
Nurturing strong relationships with building principals, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and securing lease renewals.
Implementing budgets to exceed owner's financial expectations, delivering results with excellence.
Providing well-executed monthly reports, sharing compelling narratives and variance explanations.
Overseeing the aesthetic and operational aspects of the asset through regular inspections and reporting.
Identifying areas for improvement through scheduled property inspections, enhancing property appeal.
Collaborating with the leasing team and clients to optimize leasing exposure and occupancy.
Bridging gaps between leasing, tenant improvement, and completion to ensure seamless transitions.
Effectively documenting both excellence and areas for improvement, guiding vendors and subcontractors.
Recognizing and supporting the developmental needs of our talented staff.
What You'll Need To Succeed
A 2-year degree in business or real estate coupled with at least 3 years of experience in real estate management.
Successful completion of 2 real estate certification designation courses (RPA, CPM, etc.).
Ways To Stand Out
Expertise in specialties such as ADA, OSHA, Indoor Air Quality, Real Estate Valuation, and more.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
Understanding of database functionality, enabling smarter decisions.
