About The Team
The B2C Lifecycle Team are stewards of the messaging experience for customers. We craft outstanding communications for customers who connect to our tools and services to get them into their next home! Join our growing team of customer-focused, collaborative, data-informed, and innovative marketers. We partner closely with teams across the company: Product Marketing, Creative Services, Customer Insights, Decision Sciences, and Product, and among teams within marketing to deliver a seamless communication experience.
About The Role
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will improve the customer experience using your background in strategy and execution to help build coordinated, consistent, and deeply personalized messaging across platforms and channels. You will foster cross-functional and cross-team collaboration to develop seamless communication experiences, with an ultimate goal of connecting a customer with an agent or lender!
You Will Get To:
  • Be the subject matter expert for our communication and data platforms; deeply understanding capabilities and driving usage for new testing, new programming, and new ways to build omni-channel cross-functional strategies.
  • Drive test-and-learn optimizations; provide insights and recommendations through analysis on as-appropriate basis; use analytics and qualitative and quantitative insights to identify, size and prioritize opportunities
  • Provide thought leadership to optimize and expand user engagement, activation, retention, and reactivation programs through a deeply-personalized customer experience.
  • Support the effort to grow first party addressable audiences through owned and 3rd party sources.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Creative Services, Customer Insights, Decision Sciences, and Product to drive personalization in our existing customer messaging programs, as well as identify new messaging opportunities and channels.
  • Partner collaboratively across Marketing and Product to develop and implement cross-channel lifecycle strategies with a focus on data enablement.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $104,000.00 - $166,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

  • A seasoned marketing expert, able to quantify impact and articulate tradeoffs with numerous channel initiatives, to drive customer and business impact.
  • A successful track record of developing and implementing channel strategies with dynamic content based on customer, including measuring and delivering on performance targets
  • A cross-functional collaborator, you thrive switching contexts and forming relationships with product marketers, product managers, and analysts as well as creative teams, and content creators.
Qualifications
  • Functional knowledge of HTML/CSS is required.
  • 5+ years working experience with hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing channels—email marketing required, SMS and push marketing preferred, and experience with Direct Mail a plus.
  • Ability to independently plan and run programs and projects of significant complexity and risk across multiple teams and functions with partners
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Tableau and SQL experience preferred. Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred.
