Product Manager - B2C, Generative Ai

We are on the hunt for a Product Manager to join a small, but rapidly growing marketing software start-up that helps centralize customer communication across social media, SMS, and WhatsApp through the power of generative AI.

This Product Manager will be the 2nd Product hire for the team and they will be supporting the Head of Product by focusing on product strategy, working closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand the customers' needs and build go-to-market strategies. They have 2 different product offerings; 1 focused on SMBs and the other focused on Enterprise level customers. They currently have 25 people in the business.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working on product strategy and product marketing. Think of it as more of a hybrid Product Manager/Product Marketing Manager type role.

Key skills and experience required:

• Enjoys working in a start-up environment.
• Experienced Product Manager/Product Marketing Manager who has a track record of launching successful products to market.
• Knowledge and interest in AI
• Experience in taking products from 0-1
• Experience working on B2C-type products
• Creative, storytelling experience and has worked closely with design, sales, and marketing.

The salary for this role is circa $140k-$160k with equity.
