About The Team


CoverMyMeds’ Integrated Provider and Payer Solutions Product team is looking for a Product Manager to help drive adoption, utilization, performance, and value in our existing integrated products and deliver new value for users and customers through creation of new innovative solutions. Our Provider and Payer Solutions team is a dedicated group of product managers focused on advancing strategic initiatives to deliver innovation for our network stakeholders and this role includes a heavy focus on patient engagement as part of delivering CoverMyMeds’ services. Together with our various business units, the work our team performs helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives.


What You'll Do


As a Product Manager, your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here’s a snapshot of what to expect:


  • Prioritizes within own responsibility set when there are conflicting Product Management initiatives and raises conflicts to and participates in the de-conflicting process with leaders
  • Consults with the legal/compliance teams to ensure features and product direction are legal and compliant
  • Carries out varying P&L responsibilities ($ relating to complexity and portfolio size), including providing guardrails on pricing and deal support
  • Engages in customer co-innovation opportunities to make MVP product recommendations
  • Defines and communicates the “why” of product direction, recommendations, and business need to the broader team and encourages engagement and creativity across the team, understanding when to take action, engage, and adjust
  • Synthesizes and makes proactive recommendations regarding product direction based on industry and market research performed
  • In collaboration with cross-functional teams, makes recommendations to assess product needs and implements solutions (driving for impact) within their area of responsibility
  • Partners with Commercial and Operations teams to identify value proposition and properly position products in the marketplace


Skills You’ll Need


  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Product Management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Kanban)


Preferred Skills


  • Experience in performing product discovery, from research to concept testing
  • Experience working with development teams to prioritize, scope and execute on new solutions
  • Comfortable making decisions in times of ambiguity, complexity and imperfect information
  • Experience with direct to consumer engagement
  • Pricing experience a plus
  • A natural collaborator who seeks out new perspectives and builds trusting relationships with stakeholders
  • Location Preference Columbus, Open to Remote for the right candidate
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative data to influence product decisions
  • Experience in managing relationships with third party vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at CoverMyMeds. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.


Our Base Pay Range for this position


$88,100 - $146,900
