OVERVIEW:
Leading Buyside Firm seeks an individual with a record of professional and academic achievement to join its Management Reporting team as an associate with a focus on compensation-related projects.
This role requires high ethical standards and the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information, provides broad exposure to the firm, and involves interacting with the firm’s senior management. At our firm, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging working environment.
Duties
· Work on a variety of activities and initiatives, including comprehensive compensation modeling, processes, and systems implementations.
· Advising senior management on a variety of high-level analyses.
· Work closely with Human Capital, Payroll, the COO Group, and software development teams.
· Role offers growth opportunities and substantial interaction with other internal departments,
Skills Needed; MUST HAVE
· Bachelor’s degree
· Management Reporting – to a high level of delivery.
· Min 2+ years exp: Reporting, analytics, accounting, or payroll-related role, For Jnr Opening without will be considered.
· A facility with numbers,
· Able to work collaboratively / independently st high level of organization and detail orientation essential.
· handle high volume of projects complex transactions efficiently – is MUST have.
· Excellent communication skills,
· Technological savvy
· Advanced Excel Skills
· Ability to see the bigger picture while maintaining attention to detail.
Proactive individuals who are critical thinkers, problem solvers, and project managers will excel in this role.
Ideal Skills - Nice to have:
· Python or sinilar Proficient: or R for data transformation and analysis,
· work with Workday nice to have
- Applied statistical research familiarity.
- SQL / Microsoft PowerBI Familiarity ideally.
