Role: Management Reporting and Compensation Associate

· Advising senior management on a variety of high-level analyses.

· Management Reporting – to a high level of delivery.

base salary: $115,000 to $210,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Working closely with the investment team with requests, including updating financial model, liquidity management, PM reporting and various ad hoc requests

The Vice President will have responsibilities in the following areas:

Preparation and review of 10-Q and 10-K SEC filings

Assisting with preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables

Monitoring compliance with the SEC and IRS regulatory tests

Performing research on new accounting pronouncements and their impact to the financial statements

Outstanding analytical, documentation and records management skills

10+ years of relevant tax compliance experience with increasing responsibilities

Excellent computer skills with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP, Alteryx and Tableau is a plus.

Generate requirements for trainee throughput, surge, entry and qualification levels, performance, evaluation, and management.

Recommending numbers, functions, and types of training media, as well as courseware requirements, and training management system functions.

Required Education, Experience, Skills, & Attributes:

Experience and/or knowledge in Extended Reality (AR/VR)

Desired Experience, Skills, & Attributes:

Provide statistical data, summary tables, and/or comparisons for courses/qualification levels and types of training provided.

Experience in U.S. tax return compliance requirements, ie: Form 5471, Form 8858, and Form 1118

4+ years' experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work, preferably with a focus on international taxation

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field

Advanced technology skills include the following: Advanced Excel, VBA, Alteryx, and/or Power BI/Tableau

Experience performing tax reform calculations (i.e., GILTI, FDII, 163(j), FTC, BEAT)

Experience with foreign tax credit planning including gathering income sourcing data and performing computations of FTC limitation

Knowledge of relational databases (SQL, Access, etc.), programming and/or data mining management

Develop and communicate to management ways to improve policies and procedures to maximize efficiency.

Some SQL experience will be required for the ideal candidate
