About The Company

Our client is a leading global independent investment bank with a focus on M&A and restructuring is looking for a Reporting & Analysis Associate. The ideal candidate comes from the banking space within a rotational program.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized reporting capabilities for the business management group
• Prepare top-line forecasts across all products, regions, and sectors of the firm
• Coordinate with business managers to stay abreast on the latest deal updates and information
• Evaluate current reporting needs and execute changes to improve efficiency and data integrity
• Pipeline management/revenue forecasting
• Prepare revenue reports and perform analysis of latest forecast and estimates
• Coordinate with Accounting on latest revenue bookings, revenue recognition issues, and engagement letter interpretation
• Prepare year end banker review materials
• Support business management colleagues as necessary on data management, administration & maintenance
• Define and report on operating metrics and utilize data analytics to create and manage dashboards with visibility into both Firm and banker performance

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience in the professional services industry preferred
• Good understanding of investment banking profession and business or willingness to learn
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
• Strong computer skills with experience in Salesforce a plus

Salary Range

$70,000 – $85,000
