Job Description

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR FOR FACILITY AND CONSTRUCTION YARD

MONDAY - FRIDAY; 40-50 HOURS PER WEEK


Compensation:

$16-19 per hour plus benefits


Location:

Glenn Lege Construction, L.L.C. 1339 Fortune Rd. Youngsville, LA 70592


Start Date:

Immediate


Desired Skills:

Organized, self-starter, with working knowledge of construction equipment desired. Versatile handyman preferred. Must be capable of developing processes, managing schedules, and completing physical tasks.

Responsible for the below listed duties:


  • Supervise 1-2 employees tasked with maintaining GLC property at the above location.
  • Manage and track the in/outflow of traffic, both internal and external onto GLC property.
  • Manage fuel refill and distribution on site.
  • Oversee and coordinate equipment wash-rack operations.
  • Organize and maintain equipment, truck, and trailer staging areas.
  • Organize and maintain construction material storage and staging areas.
  • Develop, complete, and oversee routine yard and landscaping projects and maintenance.
  • Aid in project management development and execution of routine facility maintenance and repair.
  • Be able to discuss and update site projects with leadership.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors to meet specified goals.
