Job Title: Maintenance/Facility Technician
Department: Maintenance
Reports To: Director of Operations
Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician will oversee the maintenance and repairs of cranes, sprinklers, alarm systems, HVAC, water quality, restrooms, compressors, and other building systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Develops maintenance procedures and schedules
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Five years of maintenance experience
• Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and must be able to interface directly with Autotec team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed
• Excellent management and supervisory skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed
