Luxury Design Project Manager

Luxury Project Operations Designer - for High End Furniture Showroom & Retail Distribution Center - located in the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Highly skilled professional, highly skilled operations manager to manage and develop this new endeavor that would involve sales, design, operations, warehouse and showroom functions. You will be performing various duties such as planning, designing, organizing, scheduling and getting this facility ready for 'grand opening' and of course, continued management. As well as in charge of the various tasks involved in the implementation of projects, like budgeting, scheduling, organizing, record-keeping and handling information flow.

Design skills as well as experience working within the distribution industry would be an advantage.

• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
• Hire Design Team to accommodate the goals of the organization
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Collaborate with Owners to utilize your strong organizational, designing and sales skills to enhance the Showroom and Center
