Work with the best of the best! Holman is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee marketing strategy for Holman Motorcars - Holman’s Ultra-Luxury brand. Part of the Holman Marketing Account Management team, this role will work collaboratively with leadership at both Holman Motorcars locations and the central marketing team to craft and execute marketing strategies that drive growth for the Holman Motorcars brand and our six exceptional OEM partners.
Holman Motorcars portfolio of brands includes Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Lotus, and Rolls-Royce across two locations in Fort Lauderdale, FL and St. Louis, MO. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for go-to-market strategy that promotes Holman Motorcars as the pinnacle of ultra-luxury automotive both locally, and nationally.
What you will do:
Create a marketing plan for Holman Motorcars, including advertising, social media, experiential marketing, events, and content marketing. Assist where necessary with the execution of the plan, leveraging vendors, central marketing team members, and in-dealership staff.
Build new relationships with local businesses and strategic partners in support of Holman Motorcars as a national brand.
Meet regularly in-person with management to review marketing outcomes and make recommendations on strategy and budget. Bring this knowledge back to the Marketing leadership team, as well as share within Strategic Accounts group to identify best practices and scale successful programs.
Conduct monthly account reviews, providing data-based analysis of the past 90 days, data-driven recommendations for the upcoming 90 days, and appropriate segment, region, and brand benchmarks. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of key sales metrics and build complimentary marketing campaigns to support monthly sales goals. Be able to anticipate declines in demand and quickly optimize marketing campaigns and spend to adjust.
Develop a deep understanding of your market, your products and services, your buyers, and the competition and provide authoritative, go-to expertise to the key stakeholders of each business you support.
Relay and interpret current corporate initiatives from Holman as well as the manufacturers to the business. Act as a liaison to assist with the rollout, integration, execution, and measurement.
Work with Marketing Coordinators and Demand Generation team to create a campaign calendar for Holman Motorcars, incorporating business, manufacturer and local intel to deliver segmented, targeted, and relevant campaigns aimed at capturing new business and retaining existing customer base. Work with in-house creative resources on content development. Monitor effectiveness of campaigns and make agile adjustments to content, marketing channel, budget, and timing.
Education and/or Training:
Four-year college degree, preferably in a marketing or hospitality related program
Relevant Work Experience:
5+ years marketing experience preferred
2+ years of management-level professional experience preferred
Automotive, luxury retail, or hospitality experience preferred
