Manage vendor and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, all regulating entities and client expectations.

Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution. Preference towards a Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.

Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules and manage the successful execution of projects so that completion falls within intended time-frames.

Prepare various RFP’s needed for vendor and contractor services as well as manage the contractor, vendor selection process.

Manage project performance against schedules, scheduled milestones and critical path items on multiple projects.

2-5 years as a Project Manager or similar role.

Experience in management of design/ build projects is a plus;

5+ years of project management experience in architecture, interior design, arts administration, or other comparable field;

Excellent time and task management and organizational skills;

Strong negotiation, management, and leadership skills;

Expertly reviewing contract documentation to ensure fabrication drawings meet all A/EOR specifications.

Managing the collaboration with A/EORs throughout preconstruction by channeling internal resources provided to the project.

Managing multiple projects at a time, building design schedules, and communicating effectively to all necessary parties as req'd.

Supporting design assist initiatives in contracts early stages.

Coordinate with functional management on staffing/costing and strategy issues.

Day-to-day technical design management for venue assigned.

Project Management for the status of project and issues. Participates in and contributes to weekly project staff meetings.

Solid understanding of Building Information Management (BIM), Integrated Product Delivery (IPD), Design Assist, and Building Specification Design Program.

Assemble and manage design schedules, labor estimates, and budgets.

BA/BS + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated design and organizational skills with interest in renovation, transportation, and historic preservation.

Previous experience with the International Building Code, ANSI A117.1 and ADA Guidelines DOTAS 2006
