Project Manager - Luxury Residential

Pick Talent has partnered with a leading, custom home builder based in South East, Florida. Our client have built & renovated the most prestigious homes in the area, typically ranging from $5M to north of $50M.

With a number of projects in the pipeline for 2023, they are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced, Project Manager to join the team & continue this exciting period of growth.

Responsibilities:

• - Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and monitoring costs to ensure that projects are completed within budget and that resources are utilized effectively.
• - Manage and oversee all aspects of custom home building projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• - Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.
• - Hire, manage, and train project staff, including subcontractors and other vendors, ensuring that they are capable of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
• - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans, ensuring that project goals are met and all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process.
• - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the outcome of each project.
• - Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that all work is completed in compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

• - Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other similar tools.
• - In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations, including knowledge of local codes and regulations in Palm Beach, Florida.
• - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.
• - At least 10 years of experience managing custom home building projects, including experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to hire, train, and manage project staff effectively.
• - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• - Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
