Luxury Retail Operations Manager

Our client, a well-known Industry Leader in High Luxury Fashion and retail innovation, is seeking a well-rounded, driven Operations Manager to join their newest venture. This role will require a high volume of travel, but is ideally based in South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Shipping and Receiving
• Oversee Inventory and stock management
• Project Manage Events Teams such as Valet, Food & Beverage consultants and contractors
• Facilities Management
• Develop, deliver, and evolve operational processes and systems for luxury travelling pop-up

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years of experience in the luxury retail industry in an operational capacity

• Deep understanding of retail operations landscape including inventory management process, POS systems, Facilities

• Project Management capabilities with the ability to work independently, while maintaining deadlines and communication

• Must be willing and available to travel frequently

• Excellent problem solver with analytical capabilities
