Residential Construction Project Manager - $80K-$100K

For more than 15 years, we have been remodeling and creating new houses in Charlotte. A residential construction project manager with practical experience in home construction and remodeling is wanted. The project manager's main responsibility is to plan and oversee a variety of residential construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal applicant should be well-versed in North Carolina building codes and residential construction.
What You Will Be Doing

• Develop construction schedule/calendar for each project
• Prepare pre-construction meetings (reviewing plans, contracts, selections, etc)
• Issue purchase orders
• Creating additional work orders (estimating, budgeting, issuing, payment)
• Lead on-site client meetings
• Ordering of materials
• Collect draws and payments specific to each project
• Install and maintain clean job site
• Manage subcontractors (scheduling and open communication)
• Assist in budget control and issuing purchase orders
