Professional degree in Project Management, Graphic/Industrial Design or related field.

Manage multiple projects, deadlines, budgets, and schedules with meticulous attention to detail in conjunction with a 30,000-foot view.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in high-end, luxury residential construction projects within New York City.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Professional experience (typically 3-5 years) in project management of projects during programming, schematic design, design development and/or construction document phases.

Extensive experience with project management software such as BlueBeam, Microsoft Projects, etc.

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Master's degree in architecture, engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.

Manage the design process from Pre-Design Services through the Bidding

Manage conflicts between delivering institutional objectives and project team member isolated interests

Professional experience (typically 3-5 years) in project management of projects during programming, schematic design, design development and/or construction document phases.

High School diploma is required. Construction Management degree is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of homebuilding and construction processes.

Knowledge of all homebuilding codes.

We the level of quality in our homes, excellent customer service skills is necessary.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Dropbox and BuilderTrend is preferred.

Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities involved in building our custom homes.

Design skills as well as experience working within the distribution industry would be an advantage.

Collaborate with Owners to utilize your strong organizational, designing and sales skills to enhance the Showroom and Center

Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information

Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored

Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
