Job Title: Logistics Operations Specialist

Client: Cisco Meraki

Contract Duration: 6 Months with the possibility for extensions

Location: Fully Remote MUST WORK PST or MST hours

Desired Start time: ASAP

Pay Rate Range: 19-20 max an hour

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience required in working with a fulfillment warehouse and/or a logistics team,

• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics GP, or other ERP systems preferred

The Opportunity:

Our Operations team is very excited to continue growing by adding a new Operations Specialist! As our new Operation Specialist, you will support the shipping needs of customers, sales, and operations teams, and help facilitate the flow of shipments to customers. This opportunity requires an individual with high attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and an enthusiastic attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day activities to support the fulfillment of outbound orders.

• Manage Meraki's shipping email inbox.

• Craft daily internal and 3PL reconciliation reports

• Support outgoing customer shipments from other locations

• Analyze export/import data from various internal and external data sources

• Responsible for the allocations of orders based on inventory availability

• Support system updates to accommodate new ship services

• Facilitate seamless communication between Meraki and the third-party distribution center

• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (Must have Qualifications)

• BS or BA degree required

• 1-2 years of experience working with a fulfillment warehouse and/or a logistics team,

• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics GP, or other ERP system preferred

DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/SYSTEM EXPERIENCE: (Nice to have Qualifications)

• MS Excel skills are required (basic formulas, vLookups, pivots)

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organization and communications skills (phone, email, meetings)
