Who You Are & What You Will Do

8+ years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, inventory management highly preferred.

Drives consistent, high-quality inventory management processes in the facilities.

Provides leadership to managers and experienced professional staff. May also manage front line supervisors or individual contributors.

Manages an organizational budget including the market-level budgets for each of the Velocare facilities.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Demonstrated experience utilizing operational data to drive performance.

Monitor key delivery gates, supplier commitments, lead times, delivery/logistics to ensure overall NCO milestones are met through proactive management.

Some forklift operation (license/certification a bonus)

Provide thoughtful leadership/solutions to reduce bottlenecks, manage inventory/logistics, and ensure success of franchise partners in Equipment related activities.

Monitor and manage inventory levels and work aggressively to reduce delivery lead times from suppliers

Manage suppliers, including logistics providers toward agreed upon standards for on-time delivery and quality

Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously

Proficient data entry and database maintenance skills to ensure accuracy of the warehouse inventory and associated data in PCR360

Contact various company approved vendor to request quotes and process orders for various AT&T Managers for equipment MIN MAX Stocking items

Marking, sorting, movement and storage of materials

Coordination of pickups and deliveries of items with shipping agents

Coordination of the return of material with manufacturers, vendors and/or shippers

Recording and documenting the receipt or distribution of items

Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional and external teams

Work closely with Finance to manage and plan all incoming inventory

Proficiency in using supply chain management systems, inventory management software, and data analytics tools

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

1 - 2 years experience working with a fulfillment warehouse and/or a logistics team preferred.

Experience with shipping, carriers, and forwarders.

Excellent organization and communications skills (phone, email, meetings).

MS Excel skills are required (pivots, basic formulas, and VLOOKUP).

Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics GP, or other CRM, ERP, and WMS systems preferred.

Strong proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in operations management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Efficiently manage SIM inventory for all clients and ensure accurate tracking.

Collaborate with the finance department to coordinate SIM ordering for clients.

Manage device distributors and ensure timely distribution of devices.

Take ownership of RMA and refund operations for seamless customer experience.

Proven experience in transportation logistics, preferably with government contracts.
