Our work informs teams at every level of the company and drives key roadmap decisions. We partner with Product Design, Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, business, and marketing teams to get deep insights about our customer's behaviors and attitudes, translating them into actionable recommendations across the company. • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for studies including recruiting strategy support, screening, scheduling, pre and post study communications and participant database maintenance
  • Partner with Recruiting Program Lead and Researchers to optimize recruiting process, tools, panels, and resources
  • Plan for recruiting needs based on Research and R&D roadmaps, and triage participant recruiting requests
  • Interface with legal to keep research terms updated
  • Onboard new researchers and xfn partners to recruiting processes, strategy, and tools
  • Support team of researchers as they conduct studies remotely, in the field, in product, and at Asana locations in NY, SF and Vancouver
  • Support UXR Ops team to fulfill general Ops requests ex. surveys, tooling, subscriptions

About You

  • Excellent writing and editing skills to create thoughtful, targeted and effective internal and external communication
  • 2+ years in operations, project management, or as a producer, ideally with a design or research team OR 2+ years as a researcher
