POSITION: Operations Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Senior, Project Manager Operations

LOCATION: Hybrid (Remote/West Hollywood, CA)

POSITION SUMMARY

As the NATURIUM Operations Coordinator, you will find ways to contribute to the big picture of this fast growing company by ensuring daily operations run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own ERP item set up, BOM, part number and UPC creation. Routinely update BOMs as needed.
  • Assist team with tasks that are assigned as needed
  • Maintain various internal trackers, create UPCs and maintain timelines in our internal systems.
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements.
  • Support shipments; review incoming department packages, create shipping labels and ship packages out in a timely manner.
  • Consistently update and maintain operations trackers that contain information that is cross functionally utilized
  • Provide ongoing support to the Operations Team with day to day tasks.
  • Help prepare for and attend vendor calls


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimal Travel required
  • Independent strategic thinker and strong problem solver
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and engage in cross-functional teams and initiatives
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong Excel skills required, NetSuite experience preferred
  • Organized, detail-oriented with excellent follow-up
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent critical and analytical skills
  • MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)


Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer, and may move items weighing up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
