Logistics Coordinator Jobs

HUF is looking to grow the team with the addition of a new Logistics Coordinator. Join our crew!

Key Functions:

- Actively manage and update the status of POs within the ERP system to ensure all parties involved are kept updated of any status or date changes at all times.

- Work closely with production team to ensure ERP system is maintained and aligned to most effectively meet our shipping needs, proactively adjusting where needed to meet our customers’ shipping windows

- Analyze inbound communication from suppliers, determining correct course of action in order to facilitate inbound shipment processing; reviewing documents for accuracy

- Coordinate and track all inbound shipments (including both domestically produced and imported)

- Communicate shipment specifics and documents required for import and export functions with internal sales and specific international customers regarding their special shipping needs; ensure timely shipping on direct ship lanes.

- Investigate shipping discrepancies and work with Logistics Manager to correct and reconcile.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years-experience working in logistics, freight forwarding or international shipping

- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple timelines and calendars, providing key deliverables in various phases of the product life cycle along the way

- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator experience is a plus.

- Must be organized, strong attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team environment.

- Excellent organizational skills

- Must have the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats

- Excellent problem solver and team player.
