LOCATION The position is based at DrinkPAK's headquarters in Santa Clarita, California.
TEAM The Logistics Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager.
POSITION This position will be responsible for reviewing shipment materials before distributions, collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Responsible for creating outbound orders in DrinkPAK’s WMS and coordinating with the Leads and Dock Coordinator to ensure shipment accuracy and prioritization.
- Monitor each shipment to make sure outgoing packages are packed correctly and accurately
- Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s and all DrinkPAK’s policies and procedures
- Preparing bill of ladings (BOLs)
- Tracking and fixing shipping errors
- Accomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Contacting internal departments (Supply Chain, Inventory, Transportation) for Informational purposes and guidance to everyday business
- Interacts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadership
- Review open shipment reports daily, cross comparing sending to assigned customers.
- Responsible for scheduling outbound and inbound appointments.
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job

QUALIFICATIONS
● High School Diploma; Associate’s Degree+ preferred
● Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Field or similar manufacturing / warehouse environment; 2+ years preferred
● Forklift Certification preferred
● Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
● Strong project management, time management, organization, and communication skills
● Detail oriented and ability to problem solve and cross check documentation

● Ability to lift approximately 25lbs, stand 8+ hours, push and pull required.
