Industry Requirements: Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.

Participates in generic industry initiatives.

Assists work within the budgets for labor (internal and contract), license fees and other costs as required for assigned licensing projects.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Quality Assurance: Demonstrates understanding and implementation of quality assurance regulations, Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.

Pay: $3,373.00 - $4,227.00 per month

Advise internal team members (both key and non-key) on licensing requirements, including questions related to the applications and supplemental requests

Help review and track reporting requirements in both statutory regulations and company internal controls

Take a ‘talent friendly’ approach to the work and ensure appropriate internal stakeholders are involved in key decision-making.

Ability to develop category plans and drive programs to completion

Manage customer service communication when Licensors are involved

Day to day contact for specific Tier 1 and Tier 2 brands

Have a strong understanding of style guides and how they get applied to products for the licenses being supported

Assist in the planning and execution of merchandise programs

Collection and organization of brand materials including decks and one pagers

Maintain and distribute the content calendar
