Having grown to 40+ people across two international offices in our first two years we’re off to a good start. We’re now looking for key internal hires to take us to the next level.

We are searching for a visionary and passionate Learning and Development Consultant to join our innovative clean energy agency. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within our organization.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Create interactive and multimedia-rich training materials that embrace forward-thinking approaches
• Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams. Collaborate to co-create innovative learning solutions that address current and future challenges
• Deliver captivating training sessions and workshops that harness the power of technology and experiential learning
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs
• Taking the lead in training our internal teams (Mexico, LA, and future central and east coast locations. Expect some travel)
• Consult with team leads to understand learning and development needs and skill gaps.
• Infuse sustainable practices and environmental consciousness into our training programs, showcasing our commitment to clean energy and a greener future
• Develop, Implement, and asses learning strategies and programs
• Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to employees, guiding them to unlock their full potential and excel in their roles
• Monitor and manage the quality of training delivery and relationships with training delivery partners.
• Optimize existing training programs - currently, we have three internal training courses we deliver.

Do you have:

• Demonstrated functional knowledge of training needs assessment, conceptualization, design, development, delivery, pre-training knowledge benchmarking, and post-training evaluation.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for training delivery, such as virtual platforms, and learning management systems.
• Possibility to travel
• High attention to detail, big energy, and an appetite to learn
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills,
• 2 years+ experience in Training and development, Education, or similar. Ideally within Recruitment/Sales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to assess training needs and data driven decision making
• Have a strong working knowledge of L&D foundation concepts and processes.
