Highly knowledgeable in effective teaching methods and experienced in using methods in previous teaching engagements

Manage and provide feedback to instructional content developers to ensure developed content aligns with best-in-class teaching methods

Publish developed content across the applicable teaching format(s) by leveraging experience in LMS and instructional software

Select new vendors to expand L.E.K. learning and format offerings (e.g., a/synchronous virtual, etc.)

Influence and motivate instructors, many of whom are passionate about the curriculum topics but are inexperienced in teaching adult learners

Attract, cultivate, train, reward, celebrate, and manage a panel of committed instructors

3+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills

Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System (preferably Workday Learning)

Experience managing facets of a Learning Management System (LMS), such as course assignments, completion records, and reporting

3-5 years of experience with learning data and learning management systems (LMS)

Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology

Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models

ISO 9000 or TL9000 experience
