Operations Resource Leader Jobs

MBA in business, regulatory or related field.

Must have had responsibility for financial performance

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent 5+ years of relevant work experience

4+ years of related experience with a background in Real Estate Tax Servicing and 3 years of leadership experience

Exceptional leadership skills, including team-building and emotional intelligence

Demonstrated ability to motivate and to manage change effectively

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Project management experience including schedule creation and KPI tracking

Demonstrate leadership skills that include direct coaching/development of production team members and team leaders in support of facility operational objectives.

Operations experience in a distribution environment including logistics/transportation/production control or similar

Experience leading team members in a production or logistics related environment including coaching and developing

Experience with Lean Logistics, Kaizen, Toyota Production Systems or other similar Lean methodologies

Experience managing daily operations using KPIs to track and visualize operational status

Prior experience in project management

Manage the material and building supplies purchasing process and ensure timely vendor payments

Supervise and manage the fixed assets including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, carpentry, general maintenance and alarm systems of the School

Prior experience in the supervision of Facility Operations of at least 100,000 Square Feet

Three years experience in security oversight, AHERA, and OSHA compliance.

Skillful in the use of Excel and other Microsoft technologies

Proven experience as Manager of Operations or equivalent position

In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service, etc.)

Desire to acquire new digital skills

Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation

Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors (e.g., accounting, legal, and PEO)

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
