Prior experience in the supervision of Facility Operations of at least 100,000 Square Feet

Three years experience in security oversight, AHERA, and OSHA compliance.

Skillful in the use of Excel and other Microsoft technologies

Project work order or management system experience would be helpful.

Provides support services in the areas of property management, design and space planning, maintenance of building facilities, equipment and machinery.

Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.

Computer literacy and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in working with automated purchasing systems (preferably Oracle or SciQuest).

Coordinates with the Director to identify and designate funds, schedule facility modifications and follow up on estimates and any related costs.

Must possess a well-rounded background in civil construction management with >10 years’ experience .

3+ years' experience in a property management role preferred
