Lead Recruiter

Job Summary:

The Recruiter Lead will be responsible for managing the recruiting process from start to finish. The successful candidate will be able to create and implement new policies and processes to drive efficiency, will be skilled in leadership and reporting through ATS-ADP. This is a remote position, and the candidate will be expected to work independently.

This role will have no direct reports, but a dotted line overseeing the Recruitment Team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruiting process for all positions, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers for higher level roles.

• Work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions

• Create and implement new policies and processes to drive efficiency in the recruiting process

• Lead and train other recruiters on best practices and new processes

• Utilize ATS-ADP to track and report on recruiting metrics and progress

• Participate in other HR initiatives and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• Experience with ATS-ADP

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with reporting and tracking metrics (individual/team)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Solar

• Experience working in a recruitment agency
