- Attend and schedule community job fairs as needed.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Determines applicant requirements by understanding job descriptions and job qualifications.
- Establishes open positions by meeting with managers to discuss their recruitment needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Familiar with the legal aspects of hiring and interviewing
- Computer literate in the current version of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or have at least 1-3 years Recruiting experience
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks
