Professional Recruiter

AppleOne is adding a motivated Recruiter/Account Executive to our Minneapolis team! The perfect candidate enjoys building relationships with clients and candidates and brings a positive, winning attitude every day!



SUMMARY:

Contribute to the professional standing of the Company by supplying clients and candidates with outstanding service and results in the areas of temporary and direct hire recruiting and placement support. These are achieved by consistently recruiting, pro-actively promoting, and job-matching qualified candidates to relevant clients. Additionally, this role includes expanding our customer base through ongoing relationship development and satisfaction. This position participates as a productive employee in a collaborative environment. Participation includes complying with all company policies, workforce strategies, revenue projections, systems mastery, and maintaining teamwork, reliability, professionalism, and work quality.




DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

The percentage of time performing the essential duties will fluctuate from day to day.


  • Consistently perform client fulfillment actions to maintain and grow customer relationships, including but not limited to: o Apply independent discretion by accurately identifying and recommending pre-qualified candidates to job orders and writing attractive and accurate profiles outlining professional recommendations of submitted candidates.
  • Complete weekly and monthly candidate retention and one-on-one meetings using our QC tools.
  • Consistently maintain a pipeline and pool of qualified and interested candidates for pro-active promotion and placement with relevant clients, including but not limited to:
  • Immediately consider, recommend, reply to, and submit all qualified candidates to job orders.
  • Coach candidates in their job search and application process with reliable response time and clear instructions.


  • Recruit candidates through job ad writing, social networking, databases, and community outreach.
  • Apply independent discretion by accurately identifying and recommending pre-qualified candidates to job orders and writing attractive and accurate profiles outlining professional recommendations of submitted candidates.
  • Utilize internet, networking, and company systems to search for applicants, strategically targeting qualified talent when necessary.
  • Job match and recommend candidates to job orders and teammates regionally.
  • Respond timely to customer outreach, requests, ideas, and suggestions.
  • Immediately consider, recommend, and submit all qualified candidates to job orders.
  • Coach candidates in their job search and application process provide clear instructions.
  • Negotiate pay and other benefits and perks with candidates when applicable while ensuring a level of consistency in compensation with others assigned to a client in a similar position.
  • Complete reference checks and other client-specified screenings.
  • Interview, provide job-search advice, and follow-up weekly.

PREFERRED PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

One year or more of similar customer development experience or completion of an in-house training program.
