We are seeking a dynamic, Patient Recriter / Community Outreach Specialist to support both internal and external brand awareness. The right candidate will not only influence and implement consistent messaging throughout multiple divisions within the organization, but will also believe in, and support DOCS Health’s mission in the many communities we serve.

• Generate awareness through word-of-mouth and presentations and assist with scheduling new dental appointments
• Interact with various community members, stakeholders, and potential patients about DOCS Dental and the services being offered
• Positive thinking and enthusiastic for new challenges
• Some weekend availability - required
• Generate 32-64 new patients a week for the DOCS dental office on the base
• Create awareness surrounding various service offerings and assist with outreach initiatives
• Attend and promote DOCS Dental at various in-person events on and throughout the military base’s local community
• Help setup and organize special event materials (i.e., place materials on table, handout literature, and place retractable banner).
• Some experience working with military communities – a plus
• Act as a liaison between the DOCS Dental community engagement team and the public and communicate ideas and general feedback
• Represent DOCS Dental and our services with integrity and passion, and accurately communicate key messages
• Build partnerships with local community organizations, groups, and local businesses
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task as needed
• People focused, with the ability to connect with the general public in a professional, friendly, and warm manner
• Perform other promotional related tasks as assigned
