You will partner across the organization to create engaging learning experiences that drive measurable learning outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, a strong understanding of instructional design principles, and the ability to leverage technology to enhance the learning experience.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
  • Design and develop learning experiences in various formats, including: eLearns, motion graphics, videos, simulations, and interactive activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional training teams in building a Community of Practice that will focus on: building design standards, sharing tools/templates, and best practice sharing.
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps to determine appropriate learning experiences.
  • Partner with program managers on evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning experiences.
  • Utilize authoring tools and multimedia software to develop engaging and impactful learning content.
  • Build meaningful relationships and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accurate representation of information in the learning materials.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create meaningful and measurable learning experiences.

We’re excited about you because…
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills and have the ability to work independently, as well as a truly collaborative partner in a team environment.
  • You are proficient in using authoring tools and multimedia software (e.g., Articulate Rise Storyline, PowToon, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, etc.).
  • You have strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies.
  • You have proven experience in designing and developing learning experiences for various audiences and formats.
  • You are familiar with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning platforms.
  • You have excellent project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Instructional Design, designing and developing learning programs across various delivery mediums, including in-person training, remote synchronous training, and online modules.
  • You have experience in graphic design; video editing or other multimedia skills are a plus.
