Job Description

Charlotte, NC | 2-3 days onsite

Duration: 6-month contract


Compensation: $30 - $35/hr


Our retail-leading client is looking for a Learning Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational support of all components of the Learning and Development team.



Responsibilities:


  • Work with business leaders and SMEs to conduct task analysis and recommend solutions
  • Responsible for completing operational tasks including scheduling, event setup, record keeping, basic communications, and data entry.
  • Support the design of technical training programs for technology leaders and associates


Requirements:


  • Ability to support training and staff development to enhance technology performance
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts, instructional design theory, and measurement and evaluation methods
  • Familiarity with instructional design tools and technologies
