Oversee teacher outreach, consultations and engagements.

Collaborate with other Learning Experience Leads to determine program calendar based on frequency of offerings

Project manage all facets of the program (logistics, budget, registration, communication, participant roster, etc.)

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

3 years of relevant working experience

5+ years of relevant working experience

Experience with leading or facilitation of events

Experience administering and working in a learning management system (LMS)

Good project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Degree in a learning management/ training/team development/ organizational design field with a minimum of 5 years of direct management/supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of Supply Chain principles and external relationship management

Maintain learning master data in the learning management system (LMS) to ensure database integrity & regulatory compliance.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a learning & development, training or related field in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or related environment.

You have excellent project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Partner with program managers on evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning experiences.

You have experience in graphic design; video editing or other multimedia skills are a plus.

You are familiar with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning platforms.

BS in instructional design, learning design, education, or learning related field (MS preferred)

1-3 years of asset and learning product-related experience, preferably in a digital environment.

Experience Participating in the quality review of course and asset designs.

Working knowledge of assessment and evaluation to measure the effectiveness of the instructional materials and making revisions as necessary.

Bachelor's degree (or the equivalent of education) with extensive experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Experience in various aspects of learning and development lifecycle

Knowledge of Design Thinking/UX practices

Knowledge of external learning technology
