Junior Marketing Manager - Amazing Fulltime - Mainly Remote!

Our client in Orange County is looking to bring on a full-time Junior Marketing Manager to assist with the creation and execution of brand marketing plans and the execution of broadcast, print, and digital marketing initiatives.
This is remote, but must be willing to be onsite occasionally for social media shoots and meetings (mileage will be reimbursed).
Junior Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage digital asset execution and updates to website, online menus, paid digital assets, email marketing, SMS/MMS marketing, and in app marketing.
• Manage the execution of PR events and initiatives.
• Manage and maintain monthly content calendar for emails, push and SMS/MMS including the project set up of all content.
• Work closely with Sr. Director of Brand Marketing to lead promotional creative projects from start to finish with agency.
• Manage and plan photo shoots and manage asset library system.
• Monitor and track performance metrics as well as competitor activity.
• Work with agency to develop creative on a variety of special projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross functional teams to move projects along in the process.

Junior Marketing Manager Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience in Advertising or related field
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Fast learner, detail oriented, problem solver, and self-starter
• Basecamp knowledge is a PLUS
• 3+ years in managing marketing and advertising campaigns
• Strong copywriting and time management skills are a MUST
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects
