Marketing Coordinator (Remote) Jobs

Our top technology client is looking for a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The team is responsible for all to-partner content and communications related to their Partner Program, incentives, and specializations. That includes everything from developing the marketing and communications plans to crafting the messaging, collateral, communications, and web copy across the entire program. The ideal candidate is someone who can play a dual marketing communications/project manager role.

Responsibilities:

• From a communications perspective, responsibilities include:
• Assistance with plan creation and updates for launches and nurture email campaigns.
• Data storytelling/assistance with QBR presentations.
• Content review/QA for launch communications, e-books, presentations, infographics, videos, web pages, digital marketing kits, blogs, social content (and more).
• Quarterly metrics reporting (gather monthly metrics, update dashboards, provide insights, explore opportunities to automate/optimize manual processes).
• Oversee project management/deliverables tracking for upcoming launches, run-the-business activities, email campaigns, events, web pages, and content/social calendar.
• Assist with the development of launch announcements, email communications, web copy, taxonomy/messaging guidelines, and updates to foundational program content.
• Process development/documentation, template creation, and standardization of stakeholder communications.
• Status updates, stakeholder communications, and amplification of wins/success stories across internal communities.
