Why We’re Hiring

NTWRK’s Creative Strategy department is looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer! Working closely with Strategy & Brand Partnerships team, you will be responsible for presentation design, merchandising mockups, and creative collaboration across NTWRK divisions working in a fast paced, high turnaround environment. The Jr. Graphic Designer must plan and demonstrate a cohesive understanding of the deliverables, tasks, dependencies, team resourcing, and process.

What You'll Do

• Stay up to date with current design trends and techniques
• Work in detail-oriented fashion, delivering high-quality projects according to initial specs and requirements on time and on budget
• Produce custom graphics and product mockups
• Conceptualize and design high level presentations to present to potential advertisers
• Create mood boards and source reference imagery for each presentation
• Collaborate across departments and with third party brands

Who You Are

• Ability to create product graphics for t-shirt and merch, custom font and illustrations and GIFs is a plus
• An understanding of branding to help grow out our brand voice
• Well-organized, with strict attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Well versed in Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote
• Must have strong time management skills and the ability to pivot from project to project
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, interpersonal
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment
• Minimum 1-3 years of design experience preferably in retail/e-commerce, media, or advertising
