Jr. Research Coordinator Jobs

A successful hedge fund with over $30 billion under management is looking for a Junior Research Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the investment research team. This seat will work closely with a team of Research Coordinators and is an opportunity for a candidate who is organized, motivated, and wants to be part of a collaborative team. Compensation package is very competitive!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team events
• Assist with onboarding
• Assist in the coordination of breakfasts and lunches as required
• Prepare marketing materials
• Manage calendars
• Act as vendor relationship manager for all existing and new research subscriptions, contracts, and association memberships
• Coordinate calendars and logistics for calls and meetings

Qualifications

• In office 5 days a week
• Works well in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while remaining calm
• Advanced computer skills in MS Outlook, messaging platforms and ability to learn new applications as needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
