We are searching for a permanent full-time Clinical Research Coordinator who has experience overseeing the day-to-day operations, recruitment, compliance and completion of Clinical Trials to join a fast-paced Foot & Ankle clinic who specializes in advanced foot and ankle surgical services; cosmetic and pain therapy lasers, and more!
WHAT YOU HAVE:Certified /Licensed Medical Assistant /Allied Health Professionalor Bachelor Degree in Biological Sciences with Phlebotomy Certification. Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)or Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP)Basic Life Support (BLS)Minimum of 3 years in clinical human research experience.Minimum of 2 years experience of bio sampling and management.Proficient in medical terminology. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Oversee day to day operations, advertisement, recruitment, compliance and completion of clinical trials.· Coordinate clinical trials, set-up study specific procedures, screen patients, follow-up and manage data collection on patients involved in sponsored clinical trials.· Patient recruitment and visit scheduling, processing and completing patient records and completing patient visit assessment.· Collect, Process and track regulatory documentation as required by the sponsor, FDA and other national regulatory authorities.· CRF completion and electronic data entry.· Collecting/preparing lab specimens.· Create and maintain clinical study files/source documents· Prepare approval applications to the Investigational Review Board (IRB) or other governing agencies.
