LA-based Luxury Travel Company seeks a team-focused onsite IT specialist who is highly skilled in corporate computer system maintenance. Duties include installing hardware and troubleshooting computer issues, responding to IT questions from our company employees, and regularly updating software and malware protection.

The onsite IT Technician will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and assist in identifying the best tools to improve our tech functions. The ideal candidate is great at problem-solving, up to date on top technology systems and can quickly tend to employee needs. This position will report to the Manager of IT.

The onsite IT Technician will aim to keep the technology at PS in top working order and accessible to all team members. They will work closely with department managers, ensuring each work ticket is thoroughly resolved and all components are in working order. The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability.
