Job Details


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Participate in the development of new desktops, servers, applications, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Run software backups when requested.
  • Support IT manager in the maintenance of hardware, software, and other systems


Required Attributes


  • Collaborates with internal departments, including Manufacturing and Quality Assurance staff, to resolve issues, meet customer requirements, and ensure smooth flow of quality products.
  • Must take direction well and be a motivated self-starter.
  • Works independently, follows instructions, can concentrate for long periods of time and is able to tolerate multiple interruptions throughout the day.


Education, Skills, And Experience


  • Strong technical skills including understanding software development principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities
