Company Description
- Communicate effectively with end-users to understand the nature of the problem and provide accurate and appropriate solutions;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure;
- Prioritize and manage multiple support requests simultaneously;
- Provide training and support to end-users on technology devices and software.
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions using an automated ticketing system;
- 1+ years' of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role;
- A+ and/or Network+ certification or equivalent experience, preferred;
- TB clearance;
- Experience using an automated ticketing system;
- H.S. Diploma or GED, required;
- Mandated Reporter certificate (can complete upon hire);
- FBI/DOJ clearance;
- COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption.
- Ability to use a variety of software programs and quickly learn new ones
- Proven success in supporting and troubleshooting full technical systems including computers, software, phones, cameras, and microphones to ensure a smoothly run business day;
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and iOS mobile devices including iPhones and iPads as well as supporting the Office 365 suite, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
