Job Description
Join NVIDIA as a Service Manager for End User Services! Are you a top-tier Service Manager looking to make a real impact in the world of Information Technology? At NVIDIA, we're seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to take the reins of our End User Services. In this critical role, you will orchestrate the design, delivery, management, and continuous evolution of IT services, playing a pivotal part in aligning our tech offerings with business needs. We are looking for a passionate power contributor who blends solid critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail with a demonstrable ability to get results in a highly matrixed global working environment. In this exciting role, you will play a significant part on the Service Delivery team, helping to craft and guide the future of IT priorities and investments.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Lead the seamless transition of new and updated services into operations, working closely with project and development teams to mitigate risks and ensure comprehensive coordination, monitoring, and management of all transition aspects.
  • Coordinate Quarterly Technology Reviews and Service Health Reviews, ensuring effective organization and leadership to foster continuous improvement and optimized outcomes.
  • Lead ITSM initiatives, promoting agile standard methodologies and advocating for multidisciplinary change management aligned with strategic ITSM approaches. Drive service level enhancements through post-incident evaluations and advance data management using platforms like ServiceNow.
  • Use tools such as ServiceNow to create, analyze, and share essential IT service reports, incorporating data-driven insights.
  • Manage service catalogs, SLAs, and OLAs according to industry standards, while using ITSM tools for thorough analysis of IT metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Showcase expertise in IT communication for streamlined collaboration including technical writing, and executive-level visualization; foster strong partner relationships through continuous feedback and shared understanding.


What We Need To See


  • Profound expertise in IT service management (ITSM).
  • Practical hands-on proficiency with project and task management tools, including Jira and ServiceNow.
  • BS/MS or equivalent experience in Information Technology industry.
  • ITIL Foundations v3 or v4 certification or solid understanding of ITIL & Technical Production support concepts is advantageous.
  • 3+ years in a large, cross-function IT organization.
  • Experience within a large, multi-functional IT environment.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Effective communication pathways among IT teams, business units, and external entities for streamlined collaboration.
  • PM Certification/training a plus.

The base salary range is $104,000 - $166,750. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
