About The Opportunity

We're seeking an IT engineer to join our growing team focused on providing best in class support through modern technology solutions. This role will play a key part in supporting all company functions to deliver on our mission of building a simpler, more streamlined and customer-centric home buying and selling experience.

This position will require primarily working onsite at our Austin office and it is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

In this role, you will:

• Be creative by enabling faster and smarter business processes related to technology use
• Provide technical support for business needs and objectives through modern cloud focused technology solutions spanning the following areas: collaboration systems, productivity applications, identity & access management tools, endpoint systems management.
• Participate in the design and delivery of the IT strategic roadmap
• Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements
• Engage and partner with vendors and service providers
• Create, maintain and deliver IT operational process, procedures and practices for a growing organization
• Maintain essential IT operations, including client operating systems (Windows & Mac), security tools (EDR, vulnerability management, etc)
• Solve escalated technical issues with both internal and external technical teams and business partners
• Deploy and configure dependable IT cloud infrastructure in a reliable and service redundant manner
• Own small projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
• Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements

What you'll bring:

• Work with key business stakeholders for IT/Security improvements
• Track record of superior customer service
• Support of SaaS business applications
• Strong Project Management skills
• 5+ years of progressive technical experience in a fast paced cloud focused IT environment
• 2+ years of experience leveraging custom scripts through Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar scripting languages
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• 3+ years of delivering technical implementations of systems such as: infrastructure, systems management, client endpoints (Windows & Mac), device management, or collaboration systems.
• Implementation of solutions that are "outside the box" with a security focus

• Experience configuring and managing company-wide SSO solution credentialing and access control to third party systems with the ability to define and execute onboarding and offboarding best practices and procedures
• Ability to maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
• Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
• Vendor management

Pay And Benefits

• Twenty days of vacation, five sick days, twelve company holidays, and two floating holidays each year
• Company-wide bonus
• Compensation range: $100,000 - $120,000
