The IT Life Development team is seeking an application developer to develop new and maintain existing applications. The team supports all areas of the insurance process for The Cincinnati Life Insurance Company. Join a fast-paced team that is utilizing new technologies to bring enhanced capabilities to our life insurance operations.

The pay range for this position is $52,000 - $107,500 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:

• Participate in code reviews
• Provide on call and after hours support when required
• Work with MVC (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Bootstrap, and SQL
• Work on project teams throughout the software development life cycle
• Understand and learn real time and batch solutions
• Use C#, SQL, SSIS, and SSRS to design, develop, and enhance new and existing application solutions
