Job Summary:

The Enterprise Integration & Automation team is responsible for building and maintaining data integration solutions across the business! The team moves Vail Resorts enterprise data between IT systems both within and outside of the company. We work in collaboration with our technology and business partners to enable both strategic opportunities as well as guest facing initiatives. In addition to data integration, we also look to automate processes across the organization.


As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will act as a primary contributor within the development initiatives for the team and business. You will own the end-to-end development and deployment of data integration including intake, data transformation, and delivery of our enterprise data. Additionally, you will help lead the integration and democratization of new technologies that bring scale, agility, and efficiency to the way we work with data!


Job Specifications:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Integration Development
  • Design, build, test, and maintain enterprise services using WCF / .NET
  • Platform Support
  • Enterprise Service Development
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues with existing applications and production transaction processing
  • Design, build, test, and maintain enterprise integration applications using a variety of tools
  • Writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning


Job Qualifications:

  • Software development using middleware tools (BizTalk, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions a to non-technical audience
  • Ability to deliver quality deliverables against specified timelines
  • Robotic process automation (RPA) development (Automation Anywhere, UIPath, etc.)
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
  • SSIS or other ETL development
  • Ability to document technical solutions
  • Experience working with a diverse set of business units
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Software development using middleware tools (BizTalk, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)

    • SSIS or other ETL development

    • Robotic process automation (RPA) development (Automation Anywhere, UIPath, etc.)

  • Production support experience along with strong debugging skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with RDBMS, such as Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle
  • Experience with Agile and Source Control (Jira, BitBucket, Git, etc…)
  • Desire to rapidly learn and implement new technologies


Preferred:

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Experience developing enterprise integration solutions leveraging messaging and enterprise services
  • Experience with Automation Anywhere
  • Experience with C#/.NET
  • Experience with PowerShell
  • Experience in the snow sports or hospitality industry
  • Experience with Mulesoft (MuleSoft certifications are a plus!)
  • Experience with API Management


The expected range is $90,000 - $110,000 + annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
