What you'll do…

• Provide front-line support for customer incidents and requests, targeting same-day resolution, including tasks like diagnosing and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with clients, translating complex problems for end-users with varying technical understanding.
• Handle tasks involving hardware, software, and network, focusing on end-user PC applications, printers, switches, firewalls, and ports.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and serve as a backup field representative as needed.
• Ensure security focus across internal and customer applications, and maintain meticulous documentation for reporting and tracking purposes.

What we’re looking for…

• A dynamic individual with 3-5 years of experience in Windows Desktop, Windows 10, and Server Operating Systems, business applications, and general network/connectivity troubleshooting at an entry/junior level.
• Excellent soft skills, including exceptional communication, attention to detail, follow-up, and the ability to support end-users across various technical aptitudes.
• Relevant certifications are always a plus (Cisco, CompTIA, or Microsoft).
• Strong background with Windows 10 and basic PC tech support. Microsoft 365 skills are great to have, but the emphasis is on Windows 10/11 and PC support first and foremost.
• A desire to learn and grow. This is a shop that has an excellent training program and rewards for certifications.
