Database Developer-Mongodb Jobs

Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) www.ctec-corp.comis a CMMI Level III company that has provided technology and management solutions to commercial and government clients across the USA for over 20 years. We are currently looking for Database Developer- MongoDB to join our team.

Candidate should have experience with high availability and scalability methods and techniques, and knowledge of application development, deployment and maintenance. As a developer who specializes in creating applications using MongoDB as the database. Should have experience in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, and knowledge of relational and NOSQL database architecture and design.

Key responsibilities:

• Design database schema and data models for MongoDB-based applications
• Develop and maintain applications using MongoDB
• Work with other developers to integrate applications with other systems and APIs
• Work with development teams to ensure that applications are designed to be scalable and high-performing
• Optimize database performance and ensure scalability
• Implement and maintain data security and access controls
• Develop and enforce data security and access controls
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve the database architecture
• Design the database architecture for an organization, application(s) using MongoDB

Skills and qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in database architecture
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Experience with cloud-based database solutions
• Familiarity with database design and optimization principles
• Dexperience in developing web applications using MongoDB and JavaScript frameworks like Node.js and React
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB, including its features and functionality and limitations
• Min 2-3 years of experience developing databases
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
